Javascript and HTML developer for a project.

Hello, my name is Oscar, I am Head of General Management at a virtual air traffic service called, Infinite Flight Air Traffic Service. We provide realistic and professional ATC across the Globe. We have very limited resources. We are stuck with the in game stuff and a few 3rd part applications that don't help us a whole lot. Infinite Flight is a mobile flight simulator that has an API for developers. You shouldn't need the API but if you do feel free to ask me. So what we are looking for is a website with a login for certain people, those people being our controllers. We would like a system where pilots can input the information about their flight and then it goes to the private page which the controllers would have access to. They would be able to edit/add/delete information on the flight information that pilots put into this. This would allow the controllers to manage traffic easier and make things like events a whole lot easier to control. We currently use weebly for our website [login to view URL] we would like a website for our information. So basically our current website but a bit more professional. We would like the flight strips system to be available on the same website. If this isnt possible and nobody wants to make a full website. Just a website for the flight strips would be fine.
