Mobile development

I need a mobile site. I would like it designed and built. Hello, I saw your ad on craigslist [login to view URL] and I was interested in possibly trading some web design for cash. I am looking to have mobile friendly webpage created. The concept is to send opt in customers with a url to this page where they will have the opportunity to review the store on one of a couple of Websites (Google, Yelp, Facebook) If the customer clicks on 1, 2, 3 Stars they will be routed to either a popup or secondary page soliciting their feedback on how we can improve. I would love to use my existing form generation software to handle this if possible so that I have complete freedom over the contents of the form and can easily make changes as needed. If it would be easier to create it in an integrated fashion I am open to that as well (it will just have to be able to send off an email to a predefined address). Inline image 6 Lastly if it wouldn't be too much trouble a management page in which I could control the links would be an incredible addition as I have a couple of locations I would like to use this at if it tests well for me. If the cost would be significant to create it at salable I can do without.
