mobile menu according or hamburguer type

please only post if you have experience, i need integration of current pages of mobile html site with develop of mobile menu responsive this need: - Accordion /hambuerguer type - must have 3 levels main menu, sublevel two and sublevel 3 - if user touch menu text must be open URL href (mandatory) NOT javascript new window or similar, but if user touch blank space or sign + or - must be expand or collapse items level. if you dont have experience or will not completed not waste my time and your time. picture with interface required will send upon request.
