Outlook Web - Under my Image email signature, its showing X symbol and there is no image there?

Hi Freelancers,

I have recently added a image email signature to my outlook email. For some reason, under the image email signature, its showing an X icon symbol.

There is no image under the email signature, so we dont know where its coming from?

I want to know how to remove that X Symbol..

Also, it only shows sometimes, and not on all emails..
