In my current job, I conduct online screenings for interviews for job applicants as well as preparing schedule for qualified candidates. I took ownership of coordinating logistics of in-person interviews so that hiring managers have well prepared discussions with applicants during the interview.
The scope of my previous experience have increased my knowledge in the areas that include but not limited to; recruitment, onboarding, employee relation and engagement, policy development and administration, change management and performance management. I am skilled in attending to employee complaint and maintaining record which proves both of my interpersonal and organization skill.
