Part-Time Executive Assistant

We are seeking to fill a part-time Executive Assistant position for a recruitment agency in Singapore. Candidate is to primarily work from home but will be required to attend to meetings in the office occasionally. Looking at 4 hours per week. 6 months contract. $ 15/ hour. Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Support the activities including emails and manage/scheduling of calendar. 2) Meeting arrangements, including arranging candidates for interviews and schedule reminder 3 ) Prepare / revise contracts when necessary 4 ) Provide Administrative support to the team. Diploma in Admin / HR Minimum 3 years of relevant/ HR/ working experience. High proficiency in MS Office applications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
