Recording App for Beauty Brand

So the set up will be a dressing table sort of thing, the guest is sitting on the chair in front of the mirror. There will be an iPad or an iPad pro on a stand also on the table. The lipstick will be applied to the guest. We want the app to basically to 1) be the front facing camera, and 2) show a timer/countdown (the product has to dry before the transformation begins). When the timer is up, the guest puckers their lips to activate the transformation, and their reaction is filmed with the front facing camera. Maybe there is some fun sparkly star animations around the frame or something when the timer goes off. And Ciate branding. We then want them to be able to take a couple of selfies Photo Booth style, have a bit of fun. They then have the option to send the photos and reaction video to their phone/their email, upload to fb or insta etc. We also will need a copy of all content produced saved somewhere I'm seeing the process as 1) apply the lipstick 2) press a button on the app which starts the countdown timer 3) guest is looking in the mirror and talking to our staff 4) after 1min 30 timer goes off and screen says to pucker lips. The app starts recording now to get the guests reaction 5) reaction is filmed and saved 6) guests can take selfies with glittery lips within the app 7) guest then has opportunity to send the photos and video to themselves, upload etc I've attached some sketches and the process the app would need to be. We can discuss it more in length when I choose a developer, also flexible with price.
