Create 1 CAD file. Keep it simple but I need buildings, parking lot, sidewalks, curbing, etc. shown

I need a CAD file created. I will give you multiple .pdf's that with measurements and illustrations. Individual will take all the info and consolidate into one CAD file. The CAD file you will create can be simple...it is an illustration of a Shopping Center. The shopping center consist of buildings, parking lot and concrete etc between and on the sides. You will need to keep the area for landscaping (Shrubs, flowers, trees) empty (blank). I only need the buildings, the parking lot, and the BLANK landscape areas. The landscape areas on the outside (Perimeter) as well. After I get this CAD file...you need to give it to me as a .pdf...so that I can print. I will take the .pdf file and write in by hand (in the blank area) a description of what types of plants that will be planted in the perimeters. Then I will give back to the hired freelancer (you). You will fill in what I have done...back into the CAD file. Lastly, you will return the final CAD file to me along with a .pdf so I can review it first before final payment. I can't work with CAD files which is why i ask for (.pdf's)
