make a painting

We are a local brand looking to commission a painting for use on a hoodie. The painting will need to be made available for commercial use. Mainly looking for a talented watercolor or oil painter. Provided is a reference image of what the painting needs to generally look like. The main points are having the lonely tree, the birds nest, and the bird. Everything else can be up to artists interpretation and freedom.
