We need an Animator for a series of children's musical storybooks.

Hi, We're looking to create an ongoing series of Music Videos for children. The idea is to have animations that very young children can enjoy and get entertainment from, and the parents will be able to tolerate the music. No cheesy children's music, these are jams that will resonate with both adults and babies. The first is for a song called "Keep It Moving". I will post a reference to the current illustrations on this brief, however we are not tied to these visuals. Creative Direction We want to see what you can come up with based on THE SONG, not the visuals. If you want to keep some of the story line from the current version, that's totally fine but the illustration style and animation style can be all your own. Only thing that makes sense to share is that the song is called "Keep it Moving" so we'd like to see constant movement in the characters and the scenes. Remember audience is babies, toddlers, and really young kids (up to age 8 lets say) so they need to have movement to stay engaged the whole time. We'd love to see what treatments you have to share with us and also cost estimates. Cost estimates for per music video (average length time of 4 minutes) and also a cost estimate for a 20-30 second sample as we'd like to do a little user research first and figure out which illustration/animation style is going to resonate best with our audience of kids. So please in addition to visual treatments provide both estimates. The production company (or individual Filmmaker/Creator) is responsible to ensure that all third party rights required to fulfill this Brief (eg. for talent and music), are in accordance with the above. As per our Terms, all Creator IP and rights in the final deliverables and Raw Files are transferred to the Client upon the completion of the brief, for all media, globally, in perpetuity. Rights for Talent and third party rights holders are detailed in this brief. Assets This is about half of the video we currently have which will give you a good sense of the music and story line. Illustration/animation is temp. You can use it for inspiration or approach it totally different but please remember this is for little children to enjoy. Children's Story Book We have a number of musical artists on board to work with us on this project, really just hoping to get some samples to see where we can start from. May go with different artists for different music videos. The attached version is very low quality due to file size limits on site but you can get the idea, we are looking for it to be fully animated and with style from the artist.
