I read your description and agreed your terms and condition Step-1: I will provide a few draft character drawings and request to make one illustration by using one of them Step-2: I will select pre-winner based on provided illustration and reference cartoon films (each proposal should send at least three cartoon films from his/her past projects as reference) Step-3: Winner will provide the requirement list to complete 5 min cartoon video Step-4: I will provide all details Step-5: Pre-winner will provide the required time and total project cost Step-6:I will make an agreement with pre-winner based on the project time, cost, quality conditions etc. It will be a mutual agreement.
