Talented 2D Illustrator/Artist(s) need for Game GUI Work

Hello all of you wonderful Artists. I have numerous game projects going on presently, and we are putting together a few rather extensive "UI Packs" for lack of better description. Attached, I have compiled some 2D vector samples that were all hand drawn. In addition, I have meticulously gone through and provided a very specific list counting the total number of elements (components that we require) as well as the variations that need to be made to those elements. Please review the attached samples (In Adobe Illustrator) which depict the style and level of detail that we are going for on this project. Also, please review the attached list which describes all of the deliverables that we are expecting to reach completion. We will likely be hiring multiple individuals for this first project. To be considered, please have a portfolio item that either follows the same design (vector cartoony) or shows game and character work that is in the same genre. To start we are going to ask you to FIXED BID this entire project, and set our first milestone delivery to consist of 1 UI Window, 1 of the Backgrounds and 10 Buttons / Components. The first milestone will be a sanity check to make sure that you are delivering in terms of the quality and direction. I need candidates whom are familiar with game UIs (mostly mobile applications) and have a good understanding of how to construct these types of components in Adobe Illustrator without the need for me to constantly be pointing out mistakes and issues. Again, we are looking for a FIXED BID from you... There's going to be nearly 50 of these packs and a lot more work for additional game kits. So, this "one-time" gig could keep someone busy for a VERY long time. If you happen to be good at Unity and Scripted Animations, please let me know -- However, that is not a requirement for this project. I will be doing all of the animations in-house at this point, but could definitely use some backup help if it is something you know well (and you have a knack for good motion work). Therefore, all of your deliverables only need to be done in Adobe Illustrator. I will be assembling all the assets and doing various exports to bitmap, creating demo scenes in Unity, etc. I really just need you to focus on what you do best. The quality of your vector illustrations is absolutely paramount! This promises to be a great deal of fun!
