Build an image watermarking engine

I need an image watermarking / watermark detection engine, embedding an invisible watermark into the image. The watermark must have decent survavibality to simple image transforms like cropping, rotation, scaling or photocopying. One of the possible approaches is described here: [login to view URL] Please bid ONLY if you have decent image processing experience (verifiable) to be able to develop such a system. Deliverable: a working webservice allowing to upload image to be watermarked, and providing a watermarked version + unique ID Encoder Input: jpg/png/pdf file Encoder Output: jpg/png/pdf file with embedded watermark + Unique ID that was embedded Decoder Input: watermarked jpg/png/pdf file (could be after transforms or a scan of watermarked image) Decoder Output: Unique ID that was encoded in the watermark + probability detection is right, or error message if no watermark is detectable. Type of input images: - Photos (Required), - Satellite Maps (required), - Cadaster Maps (higly recommended, these maps are 2d, b&w example here: [login to view URL]) - Text documents - this would be a nice to have (think of a text PDF converted to graphics and watermarked)
