Need Sales & Lead Generation Assistant

I am seeking a assistant with a background in the following fields (internet marketing, graphic design, web design/development, & article writing) that can help me with gaining leads and sales. I need someone who can sign on to several freelance websites I have accounts with and research jobs relating to my skills and submit proposals, interact and build business relationships with these leads, and try to land the projects with them. I find myself to busy to sit down and locate projects all day when there are other things to be done. That's where you come in. Here are the requirements: 1. You must read each post that is relevant thoroughly relating to my skills to understand what is needed from the client, and then address their needs accordingly. You MUST NOT copy and paste generic proposals to multiple clients (leads). 2. After proposal submission, follow up if you have not heard back from them after a short period of time. At this time, try to build trust and understanding in order to convince the client (lead) I'm right for the job. 3. You MUST use any skills you have in lead generation/sales in order to best win the project from the client (which depends on each individual client). 4. Once project is won, you will send me the information right away so I can get right to work. 5. You must keep track of all correspondence (emails) done on each work day for my review. 6. You must use a CRM such as Podio, Zoho, SalesForce, Insightly, or other... prefer a free software if possible. 7. Your mission is to build rapport with each and every lead, so in case the project is not won, we can also get in touch and offer our services (help) in the future. I want someone who can handle this job seriously, has experience with clients in the internet marketing field, web design, web development, graphics design and writing field and can read, understand, and speak ENGLISH fluently. Also, if you have other ways to research and connect with leads for my services beyond the websites I have listed above that is a MAJOR plus.
