We deal in real estate. This particular company (Velo Apartments Ltd [login to view URL]) specialises in Serviced Accommodation (short lets stay). Due to amount of properties we are taking onboard, we need a skilled salesman (man or woman) to fill in these properties on short term lets basis. We would expect a freelancer to successfully bring the traffic by advertising on various platforms: FB, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Blogger, YouTube and others. Any suggestions for video marketing are really appreciated. We need a freelancer who is prepared to work on his own to the highest standard as much as being part of the team. Skills required: computer proficiency, ability to use MS Office, Excel, PSP, Canva, Vimeo, Snipping Tool to name a few and ability to learn other software when needed; fast internet connection; open mind attitude; ability to work to deadlines; access to internet connection; willingness to work to the highest standard. KPI's are required to be provided every month. Testimonials required, projects you worked on, Skype interview before any work is assigned. Hours to be discussed. If successful, it will be an ongoing project.
