Email offer to small hosting companies

Hi, We have a wordpress plugin, that offer services to website owners. We are looking for wordpress hosting companies, that will promote / install our tool with their hosted websites. We are offering the hosting companies affiliation fees (30%) from the expected revenue of each (estimated as average of 30$ per month for active websites), plus remove the headache of providing small web development tasks for the websites. We are aiming for the small (10-100 sites) hosting companies.
