Help with internet marketing

My main sites are:

And my Wife’s site is

I am sorted SEO wise. But I need an affordable, quality, reliable web designer/marketer to help
I need something along these lines: -
1. I will get 2 blogs written per week on YA and 1 per month on RP and SB and send to you.
2. You will prepare images and post - you will see the last 3 blogs on YA site with images he has prepared.
3. My marketing apprentice in house is struggling with social media. For the next week on YA I need someone to post 4-5 twitter messages a day and 1 on each of instagram, facebook and linkedin
4. Then you will train Abby my apprentice and show what you have done.
5. You will prepare a video for my YA website with a view to then preparing seperate videos for each service plus ad hoc ones in the future. I want a simple style - see this example - [login to view URL]
6. You will convert the weekly blogs into an appealing marketing email - I use Mailerlite. I will approve and send to my email list.
7. You will also help with ad hoc web tweaks and tweaks to adverts and social banners.
These are the ideas that we came up with between us. Perhaps you will have others.
I’ll let you take all this in.
Perhaps you could send me your thoughts on the sites and the above together with your ideas on how you can help and fees.
I’m not looking for one off. I need to find someone who can help me ongoing. So please quote me a fee for a fixed monthly price to include the above.
