Responsibilities: • Monitor ROI and CPA costs • Coordinated with the creative team to create jaw dropping ads that create clicks and sales • Be creative– constantly experiment with new platforms and channels • Maintain and adjust scheduling on an as-needed basis and assist in identifying target audiences. • Plan new media campaigns • Research industry trends in online marketing that could improve campaign performance. • Build and manage the overall YouTube strategy, to be solely responsible for devising channel content strategy and optimizing videos in order to grow viewership and subscriber base. • End-to-end channel management, including channel branding, programming, SEO optimization (eg. titles, tags descriptions, annotations, etc.), and reporting. • Work with Video creation team to develop video content for the YouTube channel. • Build and manage partnership and collaboration with influencers to grow the channel. • Derive insights from YouTube Analytics, and other social platforms, and measure impact on engagement. • Work with various internal stakeholders like the product, business, marketing team to achieve the end goals. • Launch and optimize ad campaigns that move the needle
