Native-level English Account Manager

Dear applicant, We run a digital marketing agency. We have a number of different inbound channels (email inboxes), that the successful candidate will take responsibility for. Your written English must be perfect. This is a 100% remote role, and you will be primarily working via email. Potential clients email us, asking for details about our SEO and Digital Marketing services. You'll need to respond over email, instant message (Skype etc), and convert them to a sale. You will have the opportunity to take on phone calls once you're excelling at the account management via email. There's opportunity for lots of growth and training from experienced members of the team, and the business founders, for the right candidate. We're looking for someone to take responsibility for landing the order from the client, and not letting orders drop off or get forgotten about. Part of the role is to enter and manage the orders in our web based portal, and update the clients on progress of their order, over email. You must be able to stand your ground when the occasional challenging client tries to get a discount or additional service without extra payment. That said, many of the clients are smooth and wonderful to work with. The right candidate will be someone who can juggle many balls and not drop any.
