Need Help With Site Optimization

Summary: The SEO/SEM Manager will be responsible for optimizing our customer rankings to drive greater site traffic and, ultimately, lead generation and conversion. Develop paid search channels, website development, social media optimization, and online chat implementation. Primary Responsibilities: • Analysis and reporting of site performance • Identification and implementation of site optimizations • Strategizing content marketing opportunities • Create and manage online PPC campaigns across digital marketing channels including paid search and display • Implement conversion tracking • Improve ad delivery and account performance • A/B test creatives • Reduce spend, increase efficiency by optimizing for quality score and removing non-performing keywords • Collect and analyze data by identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns • Track, report, and provide analysis on all performance metrics for paid marketing campaigns • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations • Traffic Campaigns • Build out creative product request • Quality check and approve creative assets • Upload and assign creative assets to landing pages and campaigns • Merchandise produt on web landing pg. Required skill set: • Experience with Google and Bing’s services, including Analytics and Webmaster Tools • Experience with Google’s Keyword Tool • A functional understanding of HTML and CSS • The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, [login to view URL], metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills • Proven success in link building and viral strategies • The ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy • A deep understanding of mobile strategy and how it relates to SEO • A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO Required Experience: • Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs • A background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations • Working knowledge of SEM technology • Knowledge and experience with website development, project management, social media marketing, and marketing strategy • Must understand current website technologies
