Promote YouTube channel

Hi Guys, I've started my new YouTube channel and that's a Tech channel and I'll post about web development, computer tips and tricks, reviews, installation, windows troubleshooting related tutorial videos. What I want: I want a freelancer who knows how to promote a YouTube channel. Of course in organic way. In promotion I want subscribers, views from India cause it's Hindi channel. Write in proposal that what you are going to do for promotion so I can understand clearly cause I don't want to waste my money. What I don't want: I don't want views, subscribers from social exchange websites, I know all that ways and don't want to apply them on my channel. I don't want any copy paste bids, so read carefully and write a proper proposal.
