B2C Sales Person for an IT Training company

We are looking for a B2C Sales person who will be phoning qualified leads, answering calls from potential customers to turn into sales, diary management and admin. There is no cold calling as all our leads are people who have enquired about our services. I think they can be qualified as ‘warm leads’. The person we are looking for needs to be a highly motivated professional sales person, with excellent rapport building skills to work in . Experience in B2C sales and administration skills is essential. We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic and talented individual. The right candidate needs to be experienced as this is a challenging role and will have the maturity and confidence to work productively and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Communicate and liaise effectively with all clients, agents and colleagues. Responding to qualified leads and understanding the needs of the client. Building customer relationships and inspiring confidence to encourage repeat business and sell additional services. Extensive diary management - frequently rescheduling, prioritising and gatekeeping. Dealing with incoming emails and phone calls.
