Telesales Consultant / Cold Caller

The "My 360 Group" is rapidly expanding due to sharp growth in sales and other business activities. As a result we are looking to recruit a permanent Telesales Consultant to join our team. Job Description The Telesales Consultant will be focused on both new business & client retention. You will have extensive experience in selling marketing campaigns, such as Bing and google AdWords, calling prospective clients from an established database and to follow up on marketing campaigns. * To generate new customers to achieve sales targets * To retain existing customers and up sell services to achieve customer retention and satisfaction targets * To achieve targets for calls, contacts, and conversions * To not only follow up on marketing campaigns but self-generate sales via developing a database, use of social media, focus on particular industries, and referrals * To rapidly become a product and sales expert outperforming competitors The Successful Applicant * Minimum of 5 years Cold calling experience in B2B telesales * Thrive on making high volume of outbound calls, contacts and conversions per day * Love achieving and exceeding targets * Be highly self-motivated, resilient, positive, high energy, professional and determined * You will have basic knowledge of popular inbound / outbound Marketing concepts.
