Web development and design company needs a sales / bidding persons

Hey there, I run a small web shop in Belgrade, Serbia. We work for US / Europe clients on different kind of projects. Now, our main project is done and we need to find new ones and to scale our business. We're looking for end clients or small businesses for partners (like hosting, marketing agencies, print business, photography...), but we're avoiding bigger development companies. Since I don't have time to focus on that, I want to make a sales / bidding team of people who have similar experience to help me with this part of the job. I'm willing to pay monthly or even weekly salary plus great commissions, however we need to make some probationary period, since I had been working with 4 people and no one had got me the leads or job. So, I need someone who want to make a career and to focus on the job. I want someone who is professional and experienced who can really help me with this. I'm willing to invest money, to travel, or to pay for you to travel to the right place in order to make a sale. I'm willing to do and provide whatever is needed to make this easier. Sales method isn't important as long as it gives results. However, we need some sales first, so we can actually scale our business and to move out collaboration to higher level. Thank you! Stefan
