I need to develop an IOS application that can be used on a large scale. This application will have a dual interface and must have the following functionalities: -Sending push notifications randomly during a scheduled time interval(ex. randomly between 1 PM and 4 PM). In addition push notifications can be sent out manually by an administrative user. -Registration verification email and Facebook. In addition to any other normal registration utilities. - Having a unique QR code assigned to each user. I will need a database to be created which holds all the information associated to a user and their QR code. I will need a facility which allows some users to scan the QR code of another user in order to retrieve specific information about a user and make standardized relevant changes. -E-commerce features -A support system where Users can report bugs and other issues -An admin panel where changes to user accounts can be made in an easy to use manner. This panel can be either web-based or IOS based(up to the discretion of the developer).
