I am looking for someone to build an app that'll work on Itunes and play store. The app is a tourist information app for areas in The United Kingdom The app must have the highest and fasted function of all toursit apps. It must be easy to use and have a "C-Panel that my team can easily edit weekly and develop. The app will be used to advertise local discounts on hotspot tourist events and will be accessed by many thousands. It must have a log in functionality and be able to take the pressure of many users. The user must be able to use a QR code to download it fast and easy. It must have the ability to work in many languages and be easy to navigate through. I will send some apps that I think are great and worth copying. The app will be used for my team to sell advertising space on so we must be able to insert/upload a design very easily and quickly plus we must be able to generate a monthly figures report from this to show our clients. Please only bid if you have read all instructions and can process this with speed and accuracy. We will release or create a milestone for payments in halves. One half when we start then the second when we finish and everyone is happy.
