We are looking for a person who can manage our online support system and respond to all
customer requests quickly.
Doing support to all members of our site is a core part of our business.
Therefor we need somebody who will seriously take care about every new member of our site.
Support is handled through otrs, it is an easy to use web based ticket system.
Most requests are similar to each other in other words it means that you can use our composed
answers available through otrs to reply quick to customers. It takes approximately 3-4 hours
daily to respond to all customer request.
We would go with a person for a period of 10 days ($150), if we are happy with his service this
will be a long time job.
