Hello We like to develop a IOS application, which actually work on lan only. This app is related to a multiple choice questions and to participate user must need to connect a local laptop in LAN wifi and download/install the iOS application to participate. There will be a web view url of website ([login to view URL]) to put into this app. User will download this application and use. Worker need to provide a full code along with testing before payment.

Hello! It seems like you want an app that merely displays a website. If that is the case, it can be done in a day. I have done more of these sort of apps than I can count. Although I have to warn you that your app might not even make it to the App Store (it actually depends on the Apple reviewer; some have had luck and got their webview apps approved).
