I want to find someone with good experience with Apple App store -- 2

I have a flutter project. This is almost done but it is without in-app purchase. The previous developer worked on it, but he was not successful on it. I want to find one with a good experience with in app purchase, especially with auto-renewal subscription. There are 3 subscription types with one subscription group. The user will be provided a premium content when he subscribe. The frontend is flutter, and the backend is Laravel. We are using flutter in app purchase package. Backend and frontend access will be provided. I need to find a full stack developer, who can do flutter AND laravel and also who can do it fast. That is why I am going to find one with EXPERIENCE with it. Only Apple App store subscriptions are needed. You will be asked some questions to prove yourself with your previous experience.
