What kind of operations/functions on matrices? Could you provide the code for one of them as an example? I have experience with Big Data Architectures and especially the Cloudera Distribution of Hadoop. I am actually working on getting a certification from Cloudera right now. Thanks, Julian

Matrix computations are generally very expensive and takes lot of lime, and there are very few algorithms for matrix computation over map-reduce.
