Hello Programmer, The project that you are about to bid on is for a template for an Anonymous Surfing website. I build and sell these types of sites, but am starting to wear out the design. I am looking for a better, more high-tech looking template that is better organized. You can see what template I currently use at [url removed, login to view] I don't have a sample of what I want built, as my idea is pretty original. I will try my best to describe it, but if you don't understand something that I want done, please PMB me and I will try my best to clear it up. My budget it $[url removed, login to view], please include samples of websites that you have done in the past as it will help making up my mind on who to choose to do my project a whole lot easier. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- First off, I want the template to resize itself to fit every screen resolution, this is really important. On the very left of the header, I want a lock. The lock should be a real picture. Scrolling through the lock I want the “Matrix” code (view the attached screensaver). To the right of the lock, there should be a logo. Now to the very right of the page, I want a lady looking at her computer screen (a flat screen) on a left angle with the same Matrix code running through the screen. Now straight down there should be a tab that is connected to the header, the left side will be rounded while the right side will be straight and will be straight against the user's browser. In here I want two links, “Home” and “Contact” in the front of home I want a house and in front of contact I want an envelope (like a lot of sites have). Now, to left will be a menu area, this is where the sites navigation buttons will go, I will let the winning programmer know what to put on the buttons. The buttons in this menu should be mouse over buttons, where when a user puts there mouse of the link, it changed color. The menu bar will end at the last button, and another section (connected to the menu) will begin. At the top of this section I want this phrase “Why use an Anonymous Surfing Service?” then in bullets will be all of the reasons, I will let the winning programmer know what to put in here. To the right of the menu bar will be where the sites text will go, I will add this here, so it won't be the winning programmer's job. Now onto the color scheme: The header and menu should be a Charcoal color and the header and menu should have faint gray 2D lines running through it to give it some texture, and so it doesn't look plain. The little tab to the right that is connected to the header should be a couple of shades lighter then the header, without the lines running through it. For the “Why Use...” part that is connected to the menu, I want the bottom right to be rounded to give it a smooth look. The inside should be white, and just a thin black border should be around the outside. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I will need to own full copyrights to the design and everything else related to the site. I will pay 25% upfront, and the rest upon completion. After you have completed the site, you will need to send me a full page screenshot of the site, and I will let you know if anything needs to be changed.
