Need Developer with dynamic and flexibility on [login to view URL] to develope a application for desktop, it should get market data feed using API from true data (vendor) and filter stocks based on the param, like highest gap up and gap down, gainers,loosers, open = high low,ma crossover. Main requirement is that it should be able replay the data based on the user selected date,time and speed [Removed by Freelancer.com Admin for offsiting - please see Section 13 of our Terms and Conditions]

I can build this software. In fact, currently I am working on a similar project that uses API and sockets to connect with the server and makes live changes. I see this is related to FX indicators and and algorithms as well because I had been a trader for quite some time so I can do this project even faster as I already understand the concepts you want.
