Drawing Rotes with java

I need one Java Developer able to create a system for trace routes with java. Tool should be able to. 1 - Draw Maps with Streets, intern in a Warehouse. 2 - In the system we should verify if all routes were right defined. Make a analyse. In Figure 1 you have one example. Our goal is reach point D and we will start in Point A. you have 2 ways. you can take Street B or Street C. If the route is possible, than there are no exception, if the route is not possible, should apear one exception when we made the analyse. 3 - Imagine a CAR and he is driving in this routes. In the picture you can see that we can a lot of CP(Checkpoints), the user can define more checkpoints if he want. Wenn the car reach one checkpoint the information muss be logged in one Table (LOG) in database, and show the information in Screen. Systems Requirements: JAVA and for WEB. You can use for example JSF, GWT or JAVA FX. Persistence muss be done using EJB3 Database: Database muss be one open source database like MySQL, Mongo or similar.
