Full-stack Software Developer required. (webApp, REST API, MYSQL)

Dear Sirs, I have the following ideas where I would your assistance in making the plan turn into reality: The main idea of the webapp is to allow the user to search the database on predefined criteria’s (available as a dropdown list or a checkbox, or other type if more convenient.) My idea is to create a REST API written in JAVA that will connect a to MySQL database and display the result on the page in the form of a table. User will be using wizard to select the criteria. Once the result in displayed the user will have various options to choose from. About what to do with the displayed search result. (eg. Save to csv, pdf, xlsx) I quickly divided the webApp into parts which I would like to subcontract to a developer. PART 1: Design / wireframe – this is the least important part of the webapp at this stage. I am happy to use bootstrap template with a default layout. I have a licence for Metronic bootstrap available. (Use of Metronic is not required nor does it matter at all.) The most important part of the webapp is the wizard which user will use to select criteria in order to find result of his interest. The ideal candidate should be able to create the webapp that will be able to tick the below boxes. User Administration: - Login page - Admin user control (add, delete, edit, disable, password reset etc.) - Logout after inactivity period - I am open to any interesting and not mentioned here solutions PART 2: Database and wizard Database – MySQL database. Wizard/searchengine – this is the main part which will link the heart of the webapp with the users. The database: - has: 4,000,000.00 records - Not every record is required, therefore a script would be required to clean this database from unwanted entries after every time the new database is available. - There will be some cleaning required as there is a column with numbers and numbers that have a character in the front of that number. I do not need the record with the character as a prefix. It would be nice if they can be saved to a separate temporary database. Just in case. - I would like to have an option to remove and replace the database every month. - open to any suggestions not mentioned Wizard: I want users to be able to: - use wizard that will allow them to search the database and display the result in a form of a table - one of the search criteria’s to be mentioned is I want the user to be able to search the database based on the UK postcode and distance from that postcode. (Every record will have a column with assigned UK postcode.) - save/export their search result to their PC: export the result to csv, xlsx, google docs. - there will be some toggle on/off section of the wizard (eg. If users click on the image of a fruit search criteria for fruits will become available. When the fruit image is off the search criteria will not be visible) - open to any suggestions not mentioned Website (bootstrap, react or whatever technology you prefer as long as suits the needs) - Wizard which will take user input from drop-down fields and display results in a table. - Wizard and MySQL to integrate through Java API. PART 3: - contact me (admin) using built in webchat. - allow user to save their search criteria and: - inform clients by email about new entries that match their search criteria - by using provided API to create a script that will loads the result from executing the script into temporary database that will also be part of the search result. There are further ideas and to be coded in, but I believe the above is a start of the project. If we get along, I am happy to offer further development.
