Minecraft forge mod 1.12.2 and 1.7.10

OBS TO FREELANCER STAF ---- This is not a bot so please dont mark it at such! ----OBS TO FREELANCER STAF What i need is a anti Grief mod for Minecraft that Grants ownership for blocks upon placement. By default IT is only the owner who placed the Block who can remove it. He can the add players to a list who would allow Them to Edit the the blocks. There need to be a item named “Anti Grief wand” when you have that in your hand and right click on block it will tell who is the owner of the block and when it was placed. I need it for 1.12.2 and 1.7.10
