Write tools to create and edit map model (.map files) -- 2

I need a Java programmer to write editing tools, creating new map model files from the map file reading code. That is, you will take the code that reads that file provided by me and develop it into a new creation, editing tool. Required: Source code: Written in Java, all variables, functions and comments explained in code and menus must be written in English. Tool must be GUI, does not accept CLI. Tools: 1. Support drag and drop files directly and have menu bar. No need to be too flashy, just simple if you feel like the time is too short. 2. This is the game map file, the NPC represented in the map file is nXXX and the monster is mXXX (XXX is number), when opening the map file with the tool, you have to represent the NPC, the teleport port and monster on it, can use a simple representation like NPC using a green dot, monster is a red dot, teleport gate is white circle,... Location (x, y) of them are available on map file, must support drag and drop these objects, after dropping, update their position (x, y) and of course support adding / deleting objects this. 3. This map file contains all map data. Therefore, other information will be displayed on the menu panel. Information such as the name of the map must have an input field for editing, weather, etc., will also be required. I have attached an example .map file, its tileset, and the code reads this file.
