YES, absolutely! Without a Java and a IDE you will not be able to handle a good writing. Nor you will be able to create screenshots

Deadlines?
Since we want a continuous flow, we will discuss about the required topics with your help. Afterwards we define together the content plan, means which articles to write. And now you share us a credible delivery deadline pipeline. So we can plan with the reviewers to review your articles.
