CROSSCHECK SYSTEM

There must be a crosscheck system to make sure where not being frauded and to makes sure there is not .e.g 2 users on 1 IP address.

MASS E-MAIL

E-mail all of your users at once with important messages.

QUICK USER ACCESS

A toolbar at the top of every page allows quick access to any user by their ID, e-mail, zip code, or admin notes.

VIEW/EDIT USER

Shows global user info, users with matching passwords, last login, IP log (users with matching IP’s), offers completed, notes (left by admin), total amount of prizes received, W9 status, ban from support tickets, and details for each site the user is registered on: status (place on hold, remove from hold), change prize, verification report, referred by, completed offers, offer clicks,

issue manual credit, credit requests, referral information, registration IP, logged IP’s, open/closed support tickets, and admin messages. Place a user on You can also manually credit offers or reduce the prize requirements (issuing a credited referral). Also send messages to the users that will appear on their status page. VERIFICATION REPORT

Check for fraud when a users submits an order for approval. The user’s password, IP, and address are all matched against existing users to check for duplicates. A log of the user’s profile changes is also shown and that information is also checked against all existing users to check for matches.

ORDER RELATED MESSAGES

Mark support tickets or admin messages as being relevant to an order so that when it comes time to verify a user, this relevant information will be displayed as well.

GENERAL OPTIONS

From another users point of view, they must be able to view other people's profiles and add them for example to their friends list. Users must also be able to edit out their for example contact info e.g. msn, yahoo e.t.c

OFFERS

Easily sort and view offers all on one page: display instant, one-day, or all credit times, partial, 1 credit or more, or all credit values (as well as point value), free, money back, or all offer costs. Also sort by offer name, credit time, cost, or date added. Or only view offers in certain categories (Casino Offers, Free Trials, etc.), these offers must be sorted in categories which can be done in admin control panel and the offers must be shown for specific countries ONLY.

PRIZES

Users must be able to see the prizes on offer from a link on the user bar. The users must be able to select the different category they want to look at e.g. ps3. After they have chosen the item they want the request must be sent to the support section where the support team can do the ordering e.t.c for the request. Also there must be a verfication that the user has the amount of points needed for the specfic prize.

PRIZE CLAIM CENTRE

The users must be able to see a prize claim centre where they can see the item order and tracking number of their prize they ordered. For example it can show, request on pending, fullfilled, rejected e.t.c the support team must be able to write a comment and email the user with details of the prize they get.

SUPPORT

Create support tickets, credit requests and view their status all from one page. You can even close your own ticket if you find you’ve answered your own question.

CUSTOM PRIZE ORDER.

If a user cannot find a prize they want, they must be able to order a custom prize. There must be a custom prize order form available they must contain the following fields. Url to the prize, Name of prize, amount of points its for, at least 10 is needed and a message multi line box. also underneath a currency convertor is needed to convert the points to another currency, the currency for points will eb US DOLLARS! The users may convert the currency to GBP US DOLLARS AUD OR CAD. it must also then show the amount of points that would be for that currency.

There must also on the user home page be a block of space for latest news, which can be posted via the ADMIN PANEL!

There must also be a testimonial page where the admin can add a picture and the text the person who received this gift wants to have posted so that users believe in this freebie site.

There must be a shoutbox, where people can post shouts and the usernames must be linked to visit their profiles. The admin can appoint admins of the shoutbox who can control it by deleted posts e.t.c and also there must be smileys of course.

Users must also have a referall link. Once they refer someone they get referal cash which can be converted into points or cashed out via paypal e.t.c. If the user refers someone they earn 20% of that users earnings, if that user they refered , refers someone the first person gets 10% of that persons earnings if the same happens again the first person then gets 5% of that persons earnings.

REFERRAL INFORMATION

here must be a page where it shows who you have rerfered (ID and username) and the amount of points they have earned for you.

Users browsing the site (not logged in) must be able to contact the support team via this contact forum. To report people who are spamming e.g. referall links and many other common problems people would face.
