Simple T-shirt & Clothing store.

basic features: E-commerce shop with an SEO friendly CMS, the shop must use the module that will be described later.
site must be simple and graphic design can be made by a different person unless you can offer that included. (no logos needed, i have them)
Site will be multi-lingual - Hebrew & English (With the ability to easily add more..)
Translation to hebrew will be done by me. and any other help i can offer (getting blank t-shirt photos, or anything like that)
It will have 2 shops inside:
1st (our prints) is for creating your own t-shirt/hoodie/etc with prints from our catalog... but not like a complicated one ([url removed, login to view] is an example)
Our shop will have these parameters to choose:
Style(M/F) | Color | Size | Design
Choosing Style, Color and size will be made by clicking on them.
Choosing the design will be made by moving the arrows left and right
after creating a shirt/hoodie/etc, the customer then clicks on the Add To Cart button, item will be added to the cart and the 'designer' will then reset for the customer to start a new shirt. this is really not about actually designing, just easily picking your color and print and putting it in the cart.
Buy 4 Get 1 Free - each time the costumer adds an item it will be added to their shopping cart, once the cart gets full (4 items) another box adds to the cart saying "FREE" on it, and the next shirt the customer will add will go in there.
Multiple Carts - After the customer has filled a cart, a new cart will be created for him on top of it, so they do not have to checkout after completing one cart.
checkout can be made at all times.
Design competition - User will upload their designs, people will rate them, bla bla bla. more rules will be described later... nothing complicated like threadless or anything. it is for a local store so we're not looking into crazy code, but nice and simple.
Shipping worldwide.
the Second shop (Streetwear) will include its categories: dresses, glasses, etc will use the same style of showing products, only these products are already made and you cannot print on them, so moving the arrows left and right will just browse between the different products from the same category. and they will be able to choose the size and color (if available) using the same tool thats in the "first" store.
Site needs to have a custom admin panel with easy ways to update the quantity left in stock, add/remove prints or products
Remember there will be products, there will be blank t-shirts stocks, and there will be prints stocks.
*** Everything must be made on the same page untill checkout or only when switching between Prints / Streetwear ***
This offer is for a complete website. if you are going to give me an offer keep in mind that there are small things that i could not mention in this small text area, and I expect you to know that I probably need.
please mention if your offer includes graphic design.
If you can SHOW ME (not post me a list of 100s of sites that you built) an example of a website you did with a similar javascript module there are better chances i will hire you.
