Adobe Acrobat - Interactive invoice approval stamp

1) Click on the pdf which brings up a java entry box that requires: a) Select of an “entity” from a (dynamic, if possible) entity drop down menu; b) Enter a code that must comply with the format “999-99-99” or get an error message; c) Select a “recovery” from a short static drop list (“O/G”, “D/C”, “A/H”, or “N/R”) d) Enter an amount that displays as currency e) Enter a second amount that displays as currency. 2) The populated information then needs to be put into a form/ stamp 3) And then ‘stamped’ on to the PDF for e-mail to another Adobe Reader user. I would like to see a brief demo of a simple drop down list populating a stamp and then the stamp being applied to the pdf. The user has no detailed adobe experience, so the java input box need to pop up when they click the pdf.
