Animation of queue management system (Digital signage)

Good day, We require a short 30-60 second animation of our brand new digital signage queue management system. To briefly explain our product and requirements please see below and please make sure you read and understand the concept before sending a proposal or bid. Please make sure you quote Queue management in your first line of your proposal, if you do not do this i will automatically assume you have not read the requirements and your bid will be ignored (wasted). See below; We have a Web based application that controls TV screens in the queue of several retail stores. The TV screen is placed in the queue area so everyone can see it (think about the first scene)- Customers will be queueing and watching a screen. The screen will have specials, news and all sorts of content playing. When a teller/cashier pushes a button at her till, the content on the TV screen will change and will say "Next Customer please"- It it must show the teller pushing the button and the content changing. The customer then walks to that till. After a few seconds the content will change back to the news/specials. Think about when you stand in a shopping queue and you watch the TV. The concept is fairly simple and only one background image required, small animations of people queuing/waiting, content changing an the screen, and the teller pushing the button are the main components. This is the first of many videos we require for our solutions. If you get this right there is more work in the pipeline. Kindly provide a bid and include a timeline. I am hoping this can be completed withing 24 hours as its fairly simple. This will be required as an MP4 file and will require the open files as well in case we need to change small things.
