Customize solution

We are managing this open source tool [login to view URL] to install it on our clients' private servers and manage video conferences in their own controlled environment. The SO intalled will be Centos or Red Hat. The issue is that we have been asking for requirements to customize certain aspects and the truth is that we no longer have the resource to delve into the application code. I understand that it is 80% developed in Javascript. specifically there are two issues for now. Customize the look and feeling to give the aspect that the customer wishes and he embed in his website. We have checked to embed and it needs some html lines with tag <script>, but to do this requeres somo skill we don't have it. Alternitavely another client ask me for customized that looks like to the video tha we attached. The second requiremed is send the conference voice to a speed recognition service like IBM Watson o similars. The requirement is process in real time the translation of what is spoken and show the subtitles of the traslation.
