Dropzone file upload programming with classic asp

Develop a form and classic ASP (NOT ASP.NET) processing script that uses a Dropzone input field and [login to view URL] to allow users to drag and drop a file to upload to a specific folder on our GoDaddy-hosted web server, or select a file and upload it using a conventional file input form field if their browser doesn't support Dropzone.js. The form must be compatible with our HTML5 responsive template and its CSS. We currently use Persits' ASPUpload to process file uploads, but are open to other upload systems as long as it has similar capabilities to limit file sizes and types.
