Giving a hand on a Nodejs post request -- 2

Hi, I am currently working on a node based app that need to sync data online, and being not too familiar with node, i implemented a logic that would work with any other blocking language but not nodejs... I need someone to fix my logic to be implemented in nodejs. I'm using nodejs express and axios to chain my get,delete and post promises. This is the logic workflow that i currently have: Looping through all users ( ok )-> getting the elements to remove for each user (axios get request) -> deleting all the element if they exists for these users (axios delete request) -> creating new elements for those users (axios put request). I don't think it should be that hard to implement but it is for me.
