Google Dynamic Remarketing campaign does not fire correctly. Need help to find out what is wrong

Shopify base US store has Google display campaigns on for cold traffic and Google Dynamic Remarketing campaign to catch ward traffic. However the Dynamic Remarkting hasn't been fired correctly. The tracking codes are setup as following: 1. Google Analytics: Setup in shopify. Please see attached file for the setup In the additional javascript, the first line is for Google Display, the second line is for Google Adwords converstion tag. 2.
