The system will consist of a mobile friendly front end utilizing html/css/javascript most likely based off bootstrap . The backend will be built with Java and will handle web services. Then android/ios apps will act as wrappers for the site which is essentially just a browser window with no borders which allows us to produce a good looking version 1 app with only a single code base Development will be overseen by our tech lead We have a navigable mockup of the app already created along with a basic set of sprints Freelancer requirements - Web service design - Java - SQL - HTML 5 - CSS - Javascript - Portfolio ○ UI projects ○ Webservices
