Nodejs website that will use expressjs backend

I need a very simple node js single page site, that runs on express web server. Please only bid on this project after you have reviewed the lightning-charge links below and understand what is required for this integration. The site should look nice, with nice background and modern font/button style 1) Have a 'Lightning Proxy' logo 2) A string of text 'Get a proxy for 2000 satoshi' 3) 'Give me proxy' button 4) some filter options on the type of proxy 4) When clicked the express server will make a backend server call to a lightning-charge API to create a lightning payment request. (This API already exists) 5) Display the QR code payment request for the invoice in a popup 6) When payment is made the webpage should display a proxy from a database (values in database will be changing regularly) This will require very little lines of code, and easy for experience node js developer.
