Polished UI and Cross-Platform Monetization of My Game App

I would like to work with a successful mobile developer or designer who can provide some guidance with monetizing my game app and developing a polished UI that will add professionalism to my finished product. So, we'll be adding sound, vibration, ads, in-game purchases for hints and in-game rewards (hints) system that makes sense. The app is an interactive hybrid app written in Javascript and using Cordova with the intention of producing builds for all app stores. The core app is largely done in a web version and the Cordova version which currently only puts out Android builds. Theversions share a code base but UI needs multi-platform polish, it may need an authentication scheme, and sound and monetization elements need to be added. The app talks to remote data services that I'm hosting during dev, but which will be migrated to Azure in production.
