Real time collaboration web app

Looking to get built a web application (browser based) that enables team collaboration (for distributed team members) i.e. allow two or more persons (working remotely) to come together on a session in the web browser and enable sharing of ideas through drawing, using sticky notes like icons and by importing any image in jpeg or bmp format. They should be able to see what the other persons have been drawing or writing on the browser session. This session should be saved and anyone should be able to access it back using the same unique URL. When a user opens a session, he or she should be able to get an unique URL/link (autogenerated by the application) which can then be shared by others to join the session in the browser to work collaboratively. It acts as a virtual whiteboard for remote team members. At any point of time, the users should be able to export the notes of drawing or text written in the browser session in a PDF format. The ability to share the session through the generated URL is very important. The icons on the whiteboard should be as follows (not limited to): pen, pencil, text entry, undo/redo, editable sticky notes or post its icons where a block of text can be written, image import (jpeg,bmp,png etc.) with ability to expand or shrink the uploaded image, eraser, zoom in/zoom out, line/circle, eclipse (common shapes, square, rectangle etc.), PDF export of the whole whiteboard or a part of it.
