Restrict user to the same browser tab or window for taking online test

We need a Javascript that will NOT allow user to move away from a browser window where online test is being given. If user tries to move away from that window user should be requested to submit the test first. This is to avoid user opening another browser or file to seek answers for test questions. The solution should work for Chrome browser.
